Our Process

Cycle Forward is focused on creating immediate and effective impact for women in need. One hundred percent of the donations we receive will be used to purchase pads/tampons in bulk.

These items, in addition to the in-kind donations we receive will be distributed directly to women in need through our partners.

Illinois

We work with several local Chicago-based organizations to ensure that the tampons and pads we collect are distributed to those who need them:

  • Moraine Township Food Pantry located in Highland Park, IL, which is open 7 days a week to provide free food and other essential items to Moraine Township residents in need.

  • PADS of Lake County a homeless shelter located in Waukegan, IL

  • Support the Girls, Chicago, a Chicago-based organization that helps at-risk women by providing them with bras and feminine hygiene products.

  • Stock the Shelves, a collaboration among several North Shore churches and synagogues, provides toiletries and other daily essential items to the refugee community living in the Chicago area.

  • The Night Ministry, based in Chicago, is an organization that serves members of the community struggling with poverty or homelessness by providing housing, healthcare, and human connection.
